This Privacy Policy explains how For Kicks Only ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Lexaroo (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
1. Information We Collect
The App does not require you to create an account with an email address or password. Instead, it assigns your device an anonymous identifier. We collect the following categories of information:

2. How We Use Information
- To operate core features of the App, such as saving your progress and displaying leaderboards;
- To process and verify in-app purchases;
- To send push notifications you've opted into (e.g. leaderboard or group activity);
- To monitor, diagnose, and fix crashes and technical issues;
- To understand how the App is used, in aggregate, so we can improve it;
- To enforce our Terms of Service and protect the integrity of leaderboards and the App generally.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party service providers, which may collect or process information on our behalf, subject to their own privacy policies:
- Firebase (Google) — anonymous authentication, analytics, crash reporting (Crashlytics), and push notifications (Cloud Messaging);
- Apple App Store / Google Play — processing of in-app purchases;
- Cloud hosting providers — to store and serve App data securely.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the App's features (such as historical leaderboards). If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize the associated data as described in Section 6, except where we are required to retain certain records (e.g. purchase records) for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
6. Your Choices & Rights
You can manage push notification permissions at any time in your device's system settings. You can permanently delete your account and associated data directly within the App at any time (Profile → Delete Account) — this removes your profile, groups you own, posted scores, and device tokens from our systems. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law (such as the right to access or export your data); contact us at the email below to make such a request.
7. International Users
Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a country other than the one in which you live. By using the App, you consent to this transfer, storage, and processing.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
